ECOtanka Range at Simply Stainless

Payment

Simply Stainless only accepts online payments via the PayPal payment system. PayPal allows anyone with an email address to securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. With PayPal you can make secure purchases without having to reveal your credit card number or banking details. For more information about PayPal.

Upon clicking the "Add to Cart" button, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website to view your shopping cart. To finalise your payment, simply click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button and log in to PayPal to complete the order process.

Please note, at this stage Simply Stainless does not accept any payment method other than PayPal.

Shipping

Simply Stainless is currently only able to ship within Australia.

Our Shipping rates are:
0 to $10 - $7.95
$10 to $30 - $10.50
$30 and over - $12.50

Shipping rates for bulk orders are available on request.

All parcels are sent by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post, standard delivery. It is recommended that you use a work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your delivery. If no-one is available, your parcel may be left at the Post Office for collection.

Please include a daytime phone number with your shipping details in case there are problems with your delivery and Simply Stainless should need to contact you.

Standard delivery time is approximately 5 working days.

Returns

All ECOtanka and Cheeki products carry a 12 month warranty against faulty manufacturing.

If you are not happy with your product for any reason other than a defect, Simply Stainless may offer a refund or exchange at their discretion. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. Item must be in a condition acceptable for resale.

The return must be received by Simply Stainless within seven (7) days of dispatch. A replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Simply Stainless.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all freight charges.
